As a deep conditioning mask (before shampooing):

On dry, unwashed hair, divide the hair into sections, then distribute an appropriate amount of the product, avoiding the roots. Wrap the hair, cover with a heat cap, and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

As a rinse (alternative to shampoo):

Apply a small amount of the product to wet hair and gently distribute it over the scalp. Massage with your fingertips as you would with a traditional shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. The process can be repeated if needed for additional cleansing.

As a leave-in cream:
